These were absolutely delicious and easy to make (especially for me since Hank did the cooking!). They are very filling and we got 26 good sized egg rolls from one recipe. Because the egg rolls are baked instead of fried, they are only 2 points each (0 points for the salsa to dip them in). Here's a link to the printable recipe page.
